The Clues

You start with Clue 5, the vaguest hint. Each clue you reveal gets more specific.

Clue 5: The Setup

A vague description: genre, setting, or mood. Could be dozens of movies.

Clue 4: The Character

Introduces a key character without naming them. Narrows it down.

Clue 3: The Conflict

Describes the central tension or plot. Getting warmer.

Clue 2: The Twist

A memorable scene, line, or detail. Most players get it here.

Clue 1: The Spoiler

Names the actors, director, or year. Nearly a giveaway.

Scoring

Your score equals the clue number where you guess correctly. The earlier you guess, the higher you score.

Streaks

Play every day to build a streak. Miss a day and it resets to zero. Your streak shows on your result screen, so share it to flex on your friends.

Tips

Pay attention to the setting and mood in Clue 5; that alone eliminates most genres. If a character description mentions a specific profession or era, you're probably down to a handful of films. And guess early. A wrong guess doesn't cost you a clue.
